A petition filed by Kejriwal seeking his immediate release from the custody of the Enforcement Directorate is coming up for hearing today.

New Delhi,

Enforcement Directorate arrested Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the 21st in a money laundering case related to Delhi’s liquor policy. After Following this, on the 22nd, Arvind Kejriwal was produced by the enforcement department at the Rose Avenue Court in Delhi. Special Judge in this case.

Also arrested in this case are former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and P.R.S. Party member K. Kavita Agi After hearing both the arguments, the judge ordered Kejriwal to be remanded in custody for 6 days (till 28th) by the Enforcement Directorate for questioning. This In the petition, the arrest and custody of the Enforcement Directorate against him are illegal and he should be immediately released from the custody of the Enforcement Directorate.

However, the court refused to hear the case as an urgent case. In this situation, Kejriwal objected to the arrest of the enforcement department,
